Built in the late 1800’s by William Arundell Bouverie, Arch Deacon of Norfolk, Pear Tree cottage is a charming rural property set in the beautiful Waveney Valley countryside and within a few meters of public footpaths which take in 170 acres of farmland and woodland.

The cottage, although recently refurbished, retains much of its original character with open fireplaces, stripped wooden doors and original floors. It’s a cosy retreat in the winter and peaceful and relaxing haven in the summer
